Ford announced that Waze compatibility would immediately be available on all new 2018 Ford models. Waze is available on all Ford models that feature the SYNC 3.0 infotainment system, which includes most 2016 and 2017 in addition to all 2018 vehicles. Anyone driving an older model with a SYNC 3 system will need to first install a USB update from their dealership for access to Waze compatibility.
