The Ford Motor Company launched the EcoSport crossover SUV in North America in 2018. This subcompact model enjoyed a brief run on the American marketplace compared to the competition. Due to major economic changes on a global scale, this inexpensive vehicle will no longer be part of Ford's lineup starting in 2023. As Ford continues to focus on electric vehicles and partially electrified cars all over the world, traditional models with internal combustion engines will quickly disappear from the roster.

Many people have requested Ford to begin selling a compact pickup truck, and the automaker has now responded. The Ford Maverick is expected to be a 2022 model and will be released next year. Ford recently released information about the production data to its investors and announced they were in the process of manufacturing a "C-Pick Up." They are currently testing a few prototypes and made 21 of the models.

 

The Ford Co-Pilot360 system is a "must-have" amenity for anyone looking to stay safe on the road. The innovative safety package is one of the most comprehensive safety packages available on the market. The package will be added to Ford's lineup of vehicles, including SUVs, trucks, and sedans. It is standard on some vehicles such as the Ford F-150 line of trucks.

Driver-assist technology, such as emergency braking and blind-spot monitoring, is designed to help drivers stay safer on the road. However, it might have another side effect that is just as helpful. Ford recently conducted a study to see what effect the technology might have on back-seat drivers. Back-seat, or even passenger seat, drivers are those who offer their unsolicited opinions on your driving. Understandably, many drivers find this annoying and distracting.
