Car aficionado Jay Leno recently released a brand-new episode of his "Jay Leno's Garage" video series, where he takes a closer look at one of the most popular cars in the 60s, the Woodie wagon. Complete with wood side paneling and a spacious cargo area, this iconic car was a huge part of surfing culture during the 1960s, but has since fell into obscurity. However, in Jay's latest video installment, he brings a 1937 Ford Woodie Restomod out of hiding with a little help from the car's builder, Scott Bonowski. And with its elegance, beauty and exceptional design, the wagon steals the show.

As a restored vehicle, the 1937 Ford Woodie Restomod featured on "Jay Leno's Garage" does contain a few updated components, which include a modified independent front and rear suspension, as well as a lowered stance. The remainder of the car, specifically the exterior, still features stock fixtures along with the original wood paneling, maintaining the wagon's authenticity. Starting at $30K, the car's wood sides are one of its most expensive features and also its most recognizable one.
