The King Ranch model features Western styling that includes a two-tone paint job and wood grain interior trim. The range-topping Platinum trim ditches the Western theme and adds 22-inch wheels and a sunroof.
A 365-horsepower turbo 3.5L V6, delivering 420 lb.-ft. of torque, is fitted on the Expedition. It comes standard with a six-speed automatic and helps offer a 9,200-pound tow rating.
With 4WD, the standard body style version of the SUV offers an EPA-estimated 17 mpg combined, 15 city and 20 highway, while RWD variants deliver 18 mpg combined, 15 city and 22 highway.
Antilock brakes, traction control, stability control, airbags, rear parking sensors and a rearview camera are standard on the Expedition. Limited and King Ranch models add front parking sensors.
