Ford's New World Headquarters is Redefining the Work Experience

Ford has long been a leader in the automotive world, and now the company is earning recognition for its focus on employees. The new headquarters marks a fresh approach to work-life balance, with a modern workspace designed to support staff and reflect Ford's values. The project is set for completion in 2027.

What's New with Ford's Headquarters?

The changes at the headquarters are designed to be felt the moment anyone enters. The vision was to ensure that employees and visitors feel a sense of comfort and "Ford" pride. In partnership with Arcadis and Snøhetta, the space was updated with vibrant colors and curated artwork to reflect a modern image. The facility was specifically designed with the employee in mind, resulting in a state-of-the-art workspace that fosters pride in one's work and provides an engaging destination for guests.

What's New at the Ford Headquarters?

The revitalized headquarters integrates modern technology with a high-capacity floor plan. The building is designed to support 4,000 employees by 2027, doubling the capacity of the former Glass House. It is also conveniently located within a 15-minute walk of other campus buildings where 14,000 employees work. Practical design choices include the use of color palettes inspired by the brand's lineage, from the Model T to the Mustang Mach-E. The exterior uses LED lighting and tough materials, and the space can host up to 700 guests.
