What's New for the 2026 Ford Bronco Sport?
For the 2026 model year, the Ford Bronco Sport adds an available Bronze Package. This new styling option includes 17-inch Sinister Bronze wheels and various bronze exterior accents. The interior also features several bronze-themed details. This package is offered on both the Big Bend and the high-performance Badlands trims.
What Are the 2026 Bronco Sport Trims & Features?
There are four available trim levels: Big Bend, Heritage, Outer Banks, and Badlands.
The Big Bend trim is ready for adventure with standard 4X4 and five G.O.A.T. Modes™. Interior technology includes a 13.2-inch SYNC® 4 touchscreen with wireless smartphone integration for Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, plus an 8.0-inch digital instrument display.
The Heritage trim offers a nostalgic throwback appearance with its white roof and vintage plaid cloth upholstery. It also features all-terrain tires for better grip on unpaved roads. Its feature content is very similar to the standard Big Bend model.
If you are looking for more comfort and luxury, the Outer Banks trim offers leather upholstery and heated front bucket seats. Dual-zone automatic climate control is also included to ensure all passengers remain comfortable during the journey.
The Badlands trim is the top-tier off-road performer, equipped with an advanced 4X4 system featuring a twin-clutch rear-drive unit. It also features steel bash plates and an upgraded off-road suspension. The available Sasquatch Badlands Package can further boost its trail capabilities.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 Bronco Sport Have?
Most Bronco Sport models use a 1.5-liter EcoBoost® three-cylinder engine that delivers 180 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission and a standard 4X4 system are also included.
The Badlands trim is powered by a more potent 2.0-liter EcoBoost® four-cylinder engine. It is tuned to develop 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. While it still features an eight-speed automatic transmission, the Badlands also includes paddle shifters for manual control.
