How Often does Ford Recommend an Oil Change?

The oil that is used in the engine is considered to be the blood of the car. Ford recommends getting an oil change every 3,000 to 5,000 miles or every four months, depending on what comes first. Performing routine oil changes is essential to keep the vehicle operating well with proper lubrication. Some cars that take synthetic oil can undergo oil changes every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. Check your owner’s manual for more information.

When Should I Replace my Tires?

It's important to replace the tires on your vehicle when there's less than 2/32” of depth left. The proper tread is necessary to maintain traction on the road and increase your level of safety. Tires that are older than six years old should immediately be replaced.

Do I Have to Pay For a Recall?

You may receive a letter in the mail or an e-mail notifying you of a recall on your vehicle. Recalls are extremely common and do not mean that your car is defective. In most cases, the manufacturer is responsible for paying for the necessary repairs and will require that you visit the dealership to have the work performed. You'll need to schedule an appointment within a specific timeframe to ensure the manufacturer covers the costs.

Will My Warranty Cover My Repairs?

Each warranty varies with what it covers when you need repairs on your vehicle. Most mechanical issues that develop on their own are covered by warranties. You should contact us to learn more about your specific warranty.

What Services Does Your Maintenance Department Cover?

Our service department covers a long list of services to keep your vehicle operating well. We can perform oil changes, alignments, AC repair, battery replacements, transmission repairs or replacement, and brake repair. Mechanical Protection Plans are also available, and we also back all parts and labor with a two-year warranty.

Do You Have Loaner Vehicles or a Shuttle?

Courtesy vehicles are available for use for our customers to ensure you can continue to get around when your car is getting serviced at our location. A complimentary shuttle service is also available to ensure you can get dropped off at your home or office. Rental services are also available at our dealership for those who need a vehicle for a longer period of time. We're also happy to invite our customers to spend time in our waiting area, which features amenities that include televisions, magazines, wi-fi, and computer work stations.
