2019 Ford EcoSport Interior

Ford EcoSport is Impressive No Matter Which Trim Level You Choose

The 2019 Ford EcoSport is a 5-passenger SUV that has exceptional appeal to many drivers, and one reason for this is the availability of four well-designed trims. You can choose the S or SE trims on the lower end or select the SES or Titanium trims at the upper end of the spectrum. Cloth seats with manual front seat adjustments are standard with the lower trims, and higher trims may have power-adjusting front seats with leather-trimmed interior.

All trims are decked-out with exceptional equipment that helps you and your passengers feel comfortable on the road. Depending on the EcoSport trim that you opt for, your SUV may come with a base 6-speaker sound system or a premium 9-speaker alternative, a push-button ignition mated with intelligent access technology, satellite radio, a power sunroof with a sunshade, a rearview auto-dimming mirror, multiple smart-charging USB powers and power outlets, power windows with a one-touch down feature and a SYNC 3 infotainment system with an LCD color 8-inch screen.

Other features include a voice-activated navigation system, a leather-wrapped gear shifter, a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel with several mounted controls, an advanced driver's gauge cluster with ambient blue lighting, a spacious cargo area with tie downs and an adjustable storage shelf, power-folding and heated side mirrors, turn signals integrated into the side mirrors, auto electric temperature control, fog lights, sleek halogen headlights with interwoven signature LED accents and a few other features.

2019 EcoSport Powertrain Options

2019 Ford EcoSport Exterior FrontThe 2019 Ford EcoSport is also well-appointed under the hood and has all of the equipment that you need to enjoy a responsive, sporty ride. The standard powertrain for all 2019 trims is an EcoBoost 1.0-liter engine that takes regular unleaded gas and that is paired with an auto 6-speed SelectShift transmission. Drivers who demand more power in their SUV can upgrade to the 2.0-liter, I4 Ti-VCT powertrain with the same automatic transmission. The standard and optional powertrains are both paired with similar mechanical features. Some of these are AdvanceTrac with roll stability control, rear and front tow hooks, optional intelligent 4-wheel drive or standard front-wheel drive, anti-lock brakes, electric power steering, traction control, multiple finishes for the 16 or 17-inch wheels with all-season tires, torque vectoring control and more.

Ford EcoSport Safety Features

2019 Ford EcoSport Exterior RearAs important as the design, features and performance of a new SUV are, your final vehicle selection may also be dependent on safety and security equipment. Ford is committed to the goal of keeping drivers and passengers as safe as possible on the road, and it has loaded the EcoSport with reliable and effective safety equipment from front to rear. Depending on the EcoSport trim that you pick out for 2019, your SUV may be outfitted with 3-point safety seatbelts, the LATCH safety features in the back row, a remote engine start feature, the MyKey perimeter system, head restraints for all passengers, a post-crash SOS alert system, an optional de-icer, SecuriLock passive anti-theft system, a safety seatbelt reminder, emergency braking assistance, an individual tire pressure monitor, configurable daytime running lights, overhead curtain airbags and front and side airbags with a personal safety system and a few other features.
