2021 Ford Edge Exterior

What's New For the 2021 Ford Edge?

The Ford Edge does not receive substantial changes in 2021. It remains primarily the same midsize two-row SUV that was on the market in 2020. Even without updates, the Ford Edge still has an enticing package with plenty to offer. The Edge provides many options, including a separate, more powerful engine for the GT trim. Many features and amenities are available for the Edge as well, and a variety of conveniences are standard at the base level. The Edge has one seating arrangement: two seats in front and three in the back to hold five. Plush seats are a highlight, and seating material ranges from cloth to leather. Various packages and add-on options provide more options and opportunities for a custom design.

Which Trims & Features Are Available in 2021?

The 2021 Edge is available in six trims. To start, you can order the SE, which has a sporty exterior characterized by 18-inch wheels. Its cabin comes standard with Wi-Fi and a high-quality sound system with six speakers. Ford's own innovative Sync 3 infotainment system is included, and it is offered through a user-friendly eight-inch display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Smartphone pairing is an added benefit. The SE also has two USB charging outlets.

The SEL brings a few upgrades, including simulated leather seating, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a power-adjustable seat for the front passenger. Navigation, a hands-free liftgate, and more safety aids are available through a package. The sporty ST Line has larger wheels and a black exterior. Its cabin has red accent stitching and faux suede seat inserts. The Titanium gets a heated leather steering wheel, leather seats, larger tires, and noise-canceling front windows. The ST has a separate engine, suede and leather upholstery, and more safety technology.
